On this protocol: you will eat 4 times per day:
- 3 Ideal protein foods (from over 75 products),
- 4 cups of vegetables,
- 2 large salads, and
- a generous 6-8 oz. serving of lean protein, such as chicken, beef, fish or pork.
This is a substantial volume of food and the program is protein rich (NOT high protein) so you will not feel hungry.
